Abhay Ghiara grew up speaking five languages and accompanying his father, an economist, on field-trips spanning the Indian countryside. He studied economics and yoga at Bombay University where he also founded a movement-based performance company. He now lives in Berkeley and teaches economics, yoga, and improvisation.
